Vendor Application


The Wink House is a unique, exciting one stop shop. We invite you to come for a visit to browse all the exciting businesses part of The Wink House family.  We take pride in what we do here and we hope that it shows.

If you would like to be part of what we are creating at The Wink House by having a business within our business, there are several options from which Vendors may choose: 

  1. Business Showcase Rental Rental of space to showcase your small business or products. 
  2. Consignment Displayed in the consignment corner. 


  • Monthly rent:  $2.50 per square foot, $50 minimum 
  • 15% of sales
  • A fee of 3.25% will be charged for the sale of items purchased by any type of credit card 
  • 3mo contract minimum. 
  • First month’s rent is due upon signing. Additional months rent will be deducted from sales on the last day of the month. If sales do not exceed rent, the end of the month check will be held until rent is paid. 


  • The Wink House welcomes vendors to make their space their own by decorating it. Any stands or racks must have approval.  The Wink House is a no pegboard zone.
  • 15% is to cover staffing, marketing, additional business expenses (shopping bags, tags, etc).
  • Vendors may work on their space during the following times: During business hours or by appointment.
  • Vendors are welcome to “fluff up” and bring in a small amount of items any time during regular business hours, with discretion and consideration for our customers.
  • Vendors are to enter their inventory through our vendor login portal. This information will be available once your application has been approved.
  • Monthly inventory on your booth should be done monthly and any discrepancy emailed to
  • Electricity is available in some spaces and hook up will be at your expense.
  • Once a Vendor Application is submitted, The Wink House will review the application.  The vendor will be contacted if their business is a match for The Wink House.


  • 60/40 split of Old/Used Furniture 
  • 70/30 split of Repurposed, Refinished Furniture, Consignment items and Handmade items
  • The Wink House will work with the consignor to set the retail price of each item, with The Wink House having final say.
  • Furniture needs to be good quality and in excellent condition (no pressed wood or practical board) 
  • A fee of 3.25% will be charged for the sale of items purchased by any type of credit card 
  • Merchandise accepted by appointment only. 


  • For large items, the consignor must submit a photo for approval before delivery; please email photo(s) to
  • For smaller items, the consignor must make an appointment for approval of up to 15 items per visit. Email to schedule an appointment:


Furniture, Home décor, lamps, art, vintage electronics, pottery, vases, unique dishware and glass, purses and jewelry. All consignment items will need to be approved, before applications will be accepted. 


  • Acceptable items must be clean, free of rips or tears, stains, smoke or pet odors and sun fading. 
  • The Wink House reserves the right to refuse any item it is deemed to be in an unacceptable condition upon arrival. 


Bedding, draperies, computers, printers, newer electronics, newer small appliances.
