Monthly rent is $2.50 per sq foot plus 15% of sales. Minimum $50. Rent is deducted from your account at the end each month. The first month’s rent is due upon signing of contract.

A fee of 3.25% will be charged for the sale of items purchased by any type of credit/debit card.

We will be charging at one time tag fee of $20 per year for space rental and consignment. $10 per year for shelf rental.

You will be responsible for entering your inventory through the Liberty React Site. You will receive 2 emails. 1) “The Wink House Vendor Information” on how to create an account. 2) Email with “Vendor Item Entry instructions” If you need further instructions please email Andrea thewinkhouse@gmail.com

The Wink House will charge and pay all applicable sales taxes (state, county, city) required to be paid to the Illinois Department of Revenue.

A MONTHLY inventory count of what is in your booth should be completed and compared to what we have in our inventory system. We can print an inventory list if needed. Restocking, fluffing and cleaning your booth at least ONCE A MONTH is required.

All payments will be made via Check (venmo is only available for consignment). Checks will be ready for pick up on the 3rd of each month. You will be notified if checks will be available later than the 3rd. Checks not picked up by the 8th of the month will be mailed to the Owner/Vendor with a .65 deduction (mailing fees) from the account. Please arrange with Andrea when you will pickup your check. All checks must be cashed within 3 days.

Space rental within The Wink House is “no peg board” (unless previously arranged) Wall dividers, retail stands, clothing racks, shelving must be black, white or neutral woods. The Wink House reserves the right to approve any items used for walls, partitions and display fixtures. Walls can not be permanent to the floor.

The Wink House is released from any responsibility for damages, loss, or theft of any item of the Owner/Vendor while it is in the store for display or sale.

A common courtesy non-compete policy is expected amongst the vendors at The Wink House. If you have any questions or concerns please consult with Andrea.

The Wink House expects all referrals/customer projects sent to you by The Wink House to be processed through our database.
